Investing 3.0 - Book event with author Richard A. Raybin, Nov. 18th at Florey's.

Florey's Books welcomes author Richard A. Raybin as he discusses his book, "Investing 3.0".

***Saturday, November 18th, 2-4pm***

About the book:

The financial world can seem unwieldy and hard to navigate, frustrating the best of us. But although it can be daunting, financial markets are based on a solid foundation: move money from those who have excess to those who need it, and in the process, allow each party to get something in return.

That return is the goal of all investors, and how to increase returns is the focus of this book. Modern techniques have made investing easier and more accessible. This book will empower you with the knowledge to make the best investment decisions. Advances in financial-market technology and investment strategies have yielded new knowledge and methods that are increasingly profitable. First, the use of computers pushed the industry forward. That was followed by the revolutionary introduction of index and mutual funds. What’s on the horizon is even more exciting and potentially lucrative.

Invaluable to anyone interested in making smart investments, Investing 3.0 demystifies the entire process. This detailed manual includes a historical overview, explanations of how investing strategies are changing, portfolio recommendations, and advice for selecting a professional advisor. Turn frustration into progress and savings into profit.
