I have had a lot of customers ask how they could help support Florey's or even order books or gift certificates from us during the current shelter-in-place order. We have just worked out a method with our primary wholesale supplier Ingram Content. They refer to it as direct-to-home. In effect, you order from Florey's and the book is sent from my supplier directly to your home.
While we are not permitted to be open for regular shopping during this time, you can still place an order with us via phone or email. I ask that you DO NOT include any payment info in your email or phone messages in the interest of data security.
I will be coming by the store once or twice a day to check phone messages, and will check email throughout the day as well.
Here are the steps required:
1. Contact us with the title you are interested in.
2. I will get back to you with availability, and to work out payment and shipping address.
3. The order will be placed, and should be to your house in couple days' time.

I am new to this setup, and there will be slight inherent delays, so please bear with us! The most simple and fast method of payment will be credit card over the phone. I take the security of your credit card information seriously, and the numbers will never be written down or shared in any way. So once again, please DO NOT include them in any phone messages or emails. I will work out payment with you over the phone.
