Amy Fothergill, chef and author of 'The Warm Kitchen: Gluten-free Recipes Anyone Can Make and Everyone Will Love' will be on hand to answer your questions about gluten-free holiday goodies. Come on by and try some tasty samples she will bring along as well!

About the Author/Chef:

Amy Fothergill was trained at Cornell University s School of Hotel Administration. She never thought her culinary skills would be necessary to manage her family s special diet but has found her cooking knowledge has come in handy. Currently she is a cooking instructor, consultant, blogger, and writer. Her business, The Family Chef, encompasses her belief that meals should be prepared simply and with whole ingredients. Whether she s teaching others how to cook creatively to avoid gluten and other allergens or just to master the basics, Amy s experience of leading cooking demonstrations has taught her how to craft recipes with the ultimate goal of setting her customer up for success.
